This page (together with the documents referred to on it) set out the terms of use on which you may make use of the websites www.cemety.lv , www.cemety.lt , (hereafter referred to as   "website" ). These terms apply to all users of, and visitors to, our website. Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use our website. The CEMETY can't guarantee that our website or the websites to which our website are linked will always be available to you. The CEMETY reserves the right to amend, suspend the website without notice. The CEMETY will not be liable if for any reason our website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

2.1.	Our website is accessed by a multitude of users and therefore have been prepared with the primary aim of providing general information for and about the CEMETY, detailing what we do and how we do it, to provide information on different offers and to support the business process requirements both inside and outside of the organisation.

Although the CEMETY endeavors to ensure that this general information and offers on our website is accurate at the time of publication, any of the information on our website may be out of date or incomplete at any given time. 11.2.	Courts of Republic of Latvia will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our website although the CEMETY retains the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
